Skin is the largest organ of our body. So it is very important for us to take care of it, because a healthy skin reflects a healthy body. Now the thing is that whatever is put on our skin is readily absorbed by our body, so that will a stupid thing to apply anything that anyone boasts of a good thing. In order to avoid that one thumb rule can be followed that try not to put anything on skin that cannot be eaten.
Now the problem arises how to select such products, and the simplest thing that can be done is to look up at the list of ingredients while buying any skin care product. Means if even half of them cannot be pronounced well or it gives a feeling of a chemistry lab manual, then its best to avoid such products.
The next thing that can do easily is to look after the food for the skin i.e. if we use lotion then one should be chosen with Aloe Vera, or Shea butter and similar ingredients which rejuvenate skin. And one thing that should be kept in mind that one should drink a lot of water because it removes the toxic material from the body to keep it healthy. Apart from this, one should take proper sleep and try to be stress free, which can be attained through yoga and simple dancing.
Sweating is one of the best ways to clean skin from inside. It can be easily achieved via any cardiovascular exercise as running, swimming, playing football or there are relaxed approaches as sauna, hot tub.
Now coming back to the product selection, I heard about a brand known as PIANOON Cosmetics, and its one of the product called PIANOON Antiox body scrub, I just want to check about the thing what they call THE WOW EFFECT.
Its Aroma: It has a mesmerizing aroma that goes deep into skin and keeps you refreshed for a long time.
Exfoliation: It exfoliates really well, and that too very gentle i.e. without any rashes and redness on the skin.
Moisturize: You don’t want to feel like you have dry skin when you step out of the shower, and this does that only.
Dislike: The thing that I dislike most is that while using this product it has such an aroma that I feel like eating it, and I find it very hard to resist that feeling.
