For honeymooners who like to visit all things that have a beautiful architecture about them, the Nafees House is a must.  It is an old coral house, which has been restored. Belonging to one of the city’s most powerful families, it has wide ramps that were installed by King Abdul Aziz. They were installed instead of staircases so that camel mounted messengers could ride up to the top terrace to deliver messages.

A romantic walk along the Corniche, hand in hand is a must. It is a 30km coastal road that features many recreational areas, pavilions and sculptures as well as the highest fountain the world, King Fahd’s Fountain.

For the foodaholic honeymooners, the city has not forgotten you.  The Yildizlar is a local restaurant serving a delicious mixture of Lebanese and Turkish cuisine.  It is listed in the top ten restaurants for trying out whilst you visit Jeddah.
