Located on the west side of King  Abdul-Aziz Road, it overlooks the Red Sea.  Covering an area of 242, 000 square metres, it houses numerous branded shops over three floors, eateries, the five star El-Alaf Hotel, and high-end offices.  Over 13 million visitors visit it every year.
