The area of Downtown Rochester in New York has seen a renaissance of sorts with new structures and buildings popping up all over town. Apart from the existing residential properties, a spate of new constructions has added to the elegance and charm of the area.

The area is a major draw for tourists and home to some of the finest boutique hotels in Rochester NY. They are located in the centre of town and offer convenient access to the best attractions in the area.
