How to manage? Only with new eioba user ID? Another impossible? It would be good to arrange group in both language versions with one eioba user ID...

We prefer when user is a leader for a single group: this should keep him focused on that single one...
Currently, the option you suggested is the only option. We'll consider to change this in the future.

Eioba.com searcher shows Polish-language articles not only English. It seems not so good. Eioba.pl searcher shows only Polish language articles. Seems need to support little and correct...
